★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urge que le den un curso de atención al cliente y buenos modales a la persona que “atiende”, deberían prohibirle usar su teléfono celular mientras trabaja, los clientes no tenemos necesidad de escuchar sus chismes y sentirnos ignorados en ese lugar. Estaría genial que por respeto al cliente tuvieran cambio o aceptaran pagos con tarjeta. Los jefes de esta señorita deberían tener más cuidado en las personas que designan para atender la tienda, ya que es la imagen de su empresa con los clientes.
It is urgent that they give a course on customer service and good manners to the person who "attends", they should prohibit him from using his cell phone while working, customers have no need to listen to his gossip and feel ignored in that place.
