Moloch Cochinita Pibil - 06700 Ciudad de México

Mi experiencia fue para llevar, desde la calle el viene viene que cobra 35 por hora. El mercado muy limpió así cómo el local, la actitud del empleado encargado deja mucho que desear, casi parece qué le haces un favor. Precios accesible en el kilo aunque hoy será el último día qué incluyan complementos como tortillas, salsas y panuchos, las salsas muy caras y un poco rebajadas, la cochinita le falta más cocción, el sabor es muy intenso en él achiote, la sopa de lima muy deliciosa aunque de paso de sal, el agua de mango con maracuyá deliciosa, lo único malo fue la jericaya no era el postre cómo se conoce en Guadalajara si no un flan napolitano.

A mi me parece un gran lugar para comer cochinita a buen precio y gran sabor! Se come bien, con buen sazón.

Excellent pork pibil

The young dude waving the menu around the market had a nice spiel but I'd made up my mind to grab some cochinita pibil long before he finished talking, after walking around the 'hood looking for someplace that wasn't crowded on a Sunday noon. I ordered Paquete #3 which included sopa de lima, gringa de cochinita pibil, agua del dia (which was mango). I'd never had a gringa before and if I'd known they use flour tortillas I probably would have opted for tacos. I don't like flour tortillas much but when I have to have them I prefer them well-browned and crispy. The young dude didn't brown them nearly enough for my taste. But the cochinita pibil more than made up for that lapse. It was utterly unctuous, super porky, tender, with a deep-red sauce enrobing the shredded pork. There wasn't enough of it though. I'm used to bigger portions here in CDMX. So I ordered a panucho as an extra snack. The tortilla was fried crisp in that case and welcome. The only condiments at the counter were picked red onions and a very good habanero sauce. They were perfect with the cochinita. Moloch also sells them in little jars to go. I need some of that habanero. The puesto also sells the cochinita by weight. Whatever it costs, it's well worth it.

The most amazing taco! The habanero salsa is incredibly floral, and the pickled onions are amazing! DO NOT MISS!

Good place with great food. They have two places at the market (ask for). I recommend Lima Soup and Cochinita Burrito, for dessert Jericalla. Be careful with the Kut Salsa, is a hot one. Enjoy!!

Delicious!! The lime soup is fantastic, much like a traditional tortilla soup but much more citrusy. The cochinita here is super, but the best might actually be the pickled onions and wide variety of aguas. Highly recommend
