★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia… no saben pintar el pelo te dejan toda manchada (como si yo lo hubiera hecho con mi nula experiencia), tampoco te cortan bien el pelo… a menos que lo pidas parejo y aun así te lo dejan asimétrico, les tienes que estar diciendo que está más largo un lado que de otro porque no lo ven… mala experiencia… mejor no regreso y así me evito corajes…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La que estaba en recepción hoy a las 18:00 horas no le gusta atender. Llegué, la estética vacía, sólo ella y otra empleada sentada al fondo. Ni siquiera se inmutaron. Ella siguió en el celular en su llamada personal comencé a hablarle y sólo me hizo la seña de que esperara. Después de 3 minutos dejó su llamada en espera y todo para decirme que esperara a que bajara la estilista hasta las 18:30 porque había subido a comer y ella era quien tenía que decir si me podía atender o no. Entiendo que llegué sin cita, pero ¿cómo pedirme que espere 30 minutos para apenas preguntar si pueden atenderme o no? El servicio de esta sucursal ha decaído enormemente. La última ves que me hicieron tinte me echaron a perder una blusa y no dijeron nada porque fue en la espalda.
