★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bonito y limpio. Buen servicio y no tan costoso. El único inconveniente es que son muy estrictos a lo que yo estoy acostumbrado por ejemplo no puede uno tocar su música. Pero es entendible por qué si no parecería mercado y perdería su tranquilidad.
A very nice and clean place. Good service and not that expensive. The only drawback is that they are very strict to what I'm used to, for example you can't play their music. But it is understandable why otherwise it would look like a market and lose its peace of mind.

Un poco estrictos en las reglas pero todo muy bien.
The place is super clean, the staff in general very friendly and the beach excellent. You also go out and find everything very close.
A little strict on the rules but all very well.

El departamento es cómodo, buenos acabados, muy funcional! Además, el personal súper amable, te apoyan para el equipaje y cuenta con canchas de tenis, restaurante, camastros, sombrillas, toallas y servicio de mesero. Todas las instalaciones muy limpias y bien conservadas.
Tienes acceso directo a la playa, que no está a más de 50mts del edificio, así que súper cómodo el ingreso y como hay unos terrenos entre la zona hotelera y el condominio, no hay nada de gente, parece playa privada, así que lo disfrutas demasiado. Ya si gustas, caminando llegas a la playa de la zona hotelera si buscas algún otro servicio más comercial.
A dos minutos está el delfinario, un Oxxo y poco más adelante una plaza, renta de bicicletas y toda la zona comercial del lugar.
Para mí el costo-beneficio del lugar es inigualable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are private condo residences. There are 2 buildings in here, the Principe and Marques. We stayed in both buildings.
The Principe is older and the condo and rooms itself is much smaller. The newer Marques building..condos are bigger and much more spacious.
I would recommend booking at the Marques condos if you had a choice even if you had a pay just a bit more.
