★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente me siento estafada y muy molesta por la actitud de quien nos atendió, al momento de pagar supuestamente se le olvidó dar el cambio y además antes de entregarnos el pastel le quitó la etiqueta del precio sin mencionar que nos dijo que costaba 35 pesos y al final nos cobró 45.
Estoy segura de que tampoco registro la venta en la computadora y por ende no nos entrego tiket
Lo dejo a criterio de cada quien, si es la dueña quien nos atendió pues que mal se hace ella misma y si no, pues pongan atención en los empleados.
I really feel scammed and very upset by the attitude of the person who attended us, when he supposedly paid he forgot to give the change and also before giving us the cake he removed the price tag without mentioning that he told us that it cost 35 pesos and at the Final charged us 45.
I am sure that I do not register the sale on the computer either and therefore do not give us tiket
I leave it to the discretion of each one, if it is the owner who attended to us, then how badly she does herself and if not, then pay attention to the employees.

Lack of kind attention from the lady that you observe and give you a price of what you are going to buy and do not be in a hurry that you are going to take to continue talking with her friends, the best is her owner and she is not interested in the business

Coloco cuatro estrellas porque antes vendían rebanadas grandes y era muy practico para no tener que comprar todo el pastel y ahora ya no las venden.
Fuera de eso todo muy bien, limpio y todo a la vista.
Good assortment of large cakes, the person serving is very friendly.
I put four stars because before they sold large slices and it was very practical not to have to buy the whole cake and now they no longer sell them.
Outside of that everything is very good, clean and everything in sight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuentan con servicio de pago con tarjeta de crédito q comparación con otras sucursales, cuando les mencionas que porque no tienen esta opcokse limitar a decirte, ahí enfrente está un cajero....pésimo servicio no regresare aquí, preferible sucursal lázaro cardenas (ojo en sucursal real de mezquital es donde sucede esto)
They do not have a credit card payment service compared to other branches, when you mention that because they do not have this option, they limit themselves to telling you, there is an ATM in front of them....terrible service I will not return here, preferable Lázaro Cardenas branch (note in real mosquel branch is where this happens)
