Al parecer no checan el historial del paciente cada que cambian de dentista, solo pague para que me cambiarán ligas durante todo este tiempo. En alguna ocasión me cancelaron 3 ocaciones continuas y me lo hacían saber ya que me encontraba en el lugar. Solo me mantuve llendo a las citas por no hacer otro gasto ya que pague mi tratamiento completo desde inicio, pero es 100% más recomendable ir con un dentista particular, llevo unos meses con un nuevo dentista y se ve más avance. We decided to travel to Puebla to visit the family and along the way take advantage of our stay to fix a toothache problem we had. I understand that it is not easy to accommodate last minute new patients, but they did an amazing job from start to end from the receptionists, to dentists and all the way to the manager Ms. Aguilar. They treated my mother and I with respect and professionalism when it came to their job. We went for a root canal, the dentists guided us, explained everything they did and answered all of our questions. The prices were reasonable compared to the U.S and the treatment was excellent. A close family member recommended this clinic to us and we were happy with our experience there. Thank you, to all the staff in MONTDENT LOMA BELLA.
