★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an historic landmark and yet its always surrounded by cars and trash, it doesn't seem that neither the government nor the neighbors care enough to keep it clean, and maintain the trees and flowers, to make it worse there's usually stray dogs around, and yes, the little plaza it's filled with their... Leftovers and not just from stray dogs but pets.
