Mi experiencia fue increíble en todos los sentidos. El proceso de reserva fue muy fácil y rápido. No tuvimos problemas al check in y el departamento estaba igual o mejor que en las fotos :) Todo fantástico!

Apartament was full of mosquitos. They cheat on electricity. They will not tell you where is the controler to check if the electrycity is correct. Air condition was broken and turns on automatic during night, the cleaner lady didnt finished the laundry when we came and they didnt reduce electrycity which she used from total amount. At the end they charge us double for electrycity and didnt reduce number of kwh which was counted in the offer. We rented this apartament cause they had bikes on the offer but they were broken, we asked owner to repair them or change but the did nothing. Also when we left the flat no one came to meet us but then they send us pictures that towels had stains (which we didnt do, we dont have own pictures on that cause who can expect that they will cheat on towels?!). They were not answering for our messages. Be careful with that place, even if looks good and price is good - you will be charged extra money for nothing.

I've rented from Moskito Vacation Rentals more times than I can count, their condos are always impeccable, clean, well maintained, and beautiful. The communication and service from their staff (housekeeping, maintenance, and hosts) goes above and beyond. Best rental company in the Riviera Maya, I wouldn't rent from anyone else.

Very dusty with dirty pillows. Booked through Airbnb!!! Nothing was cleaned as if they weren’t ready for us. Host was never on time and tried to blame us for canceling on certain things. Lights went out with no response from host. Wouldn’t book with them again !!! Tulum was beautiful though!!!
