It is very well planned, it has open areas surrounded by nature and the houses are quite spacious, it has 24-hour security and a super quiet environment. Perfect to rest and enjoy with the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely house. Air conditioned appliances 3 bedrooms downside 20 min to 5th Ave farther to beach. Like a suburb in the middle of nowhere - especially when no access to car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The home themselves are fine. Clean neat worker always cleaning up grounds & gardens. The drawback is location. Unless you have a car it is really not an enjoyable walk to any place. Taxi rides to mall of america take about 10 min. to get groceries.
No restaraunts or stores close to walking & sidewalks not always available.
