I	Isa Pichardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El administrador del turno nocturno del día 26 de abril del 2022 permitió que una tercera persona entrará y no le cobraron, pero al final se fue porque como olvidaron cobrarle estuvieron insistiendo a la habitación que pagará vía telefónica gritandome y colgandome el teléfono de forma abrupta en repetidas ocasiones a pesar de que se les informó que se les pagaría al salir. Las habitaciones están sucias, hay cucarachas, las sabanas y toallas presentan manchas de caca y están percudidas. Cuando se les pide arreglar el clima de la habitación que no servirá son groseros. El Internet es malo y lento y no cuenta con suficientes conexión es eléctricas ya que sólo tiene una para la TV no permitiendo la carga de dispositivos móviles. Los apagadores no funcionan. No aceptan pagos con tarjeta en la habitación y se quejan de que tienen que subir a la habitación como si fuera un favor el que nos hacen. A las personas que trabajan de limpieza las mandan a cobrar o cumplir sus obligaciones y ellas si son muy amables, y se ven apenadas ya que comentaron que no es la primera vez que los administradores dan un pésimo servicio y ellas tienen que lidiar con los huéspedes molestos. Mi experiencia en Rumayor fue mala, ya que todo parece viejo y todo está oxidado. No se le da un mantenimiento debido para hospedar personas. Espero tomen sus precauciones y busquen lugares alternos para hospedarse ya que en este lugar no se respeta a los huéspedes por parte de la administración. They do not accept card payments in the room and complain that they have to go up to the room as if it was a favor they are doing us. The people who work as cleaners are sent to collect or fulfill their obligations and they are very kind, and they look embarrassed since they commented that it is not the first time that the administrators give a lousy service and they have to deal with the guests annoying. My experience in Rumayor was bad as everything looks old and everything is rusty. It is not properly maintained to host people. I hope you take your precautions and look for alternative places to stay since in this place guests are not respected by the administration.

The place reeked of mold and it was generally unkempt and dirty. No windows, terrible water pressure, the reception didn’t answer when i ringed them. And so on and so forth. I paid for 8hours, they just charge twice the rate since apparently none is as dumb as i am to want to stay 8 hours on that God forsaken place. Stay at your own risk.

On the second visit the A/C could only be turned on and regulated by an employee who set the temperature too cold. i slept overnight in room 8 and after that had several itches on my arm, which may have been from (bed) bugs there.
