Tuve que hacer una compra por necesidad, no me gusto su atención. Ese tipo de gente debería estar atras en un almacén o algo así.
I was attended by a foreign guy (Venezuelan) apparently, and he was fatal in addition to being rude and vulgar.

Tuve que ir a otro taller por que ahí no se quisieron hacer responsables de los daños que causo su descuido!! Además de que no reciben motos ktm de menos del 2019, eso se me hace absurdo ya que siendo una agencia ktm como cualquier otra agencia se supone que deberían tener la capacidad para reparar cualquier otra moto de su marca y pues no es así. Cuidado no vayan hay talleres muchisimo mejores en Querétaro y de mayor fiabilidad.
Terrible service, they adjusted my spark plug wrong and then left me lying on the road... I had to go to another workshop because they did not want to be held responsible for the damage caused by their carelessness! In addition to the fact that they do not receive ktm motorcycles less than 2019, that seems absurd to me since being a ktm agency like any other agency they are supposed to have the capacity to repair any other motorcycle of their brand and that is not the case. Be careful not to go there are much better workshops in Querétaro and more reliable.
