★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde 2019 llevo mi moto con ellos, una tornado 250, no he tenido ninguna queja de su servicio, siempre me atienden las llamadas, consiguen las piezas que hagan falta, el servicio es completo en mi moto, a la fecha mi moto no ha tenido ningún problema tecnico mayor ya que realizan los servicios a profundidad, son puntuales con las fechas de entrega etc.
He visto malos comentarios, pero en general veo que es por cosas que se pudieron resolver dando seguimiento.
Excelente servicio.
 Since 2019 I have taken my motorcycle with them, a tornado 250, I have not had any complaints about their service, they always answer my calls, they get the parts that are needed, the service is complete on my motorcycle, to date my motorcycle has not had No major technical problem since they perform the services in depth, they are punctual with the delivery dates etc.
I have seen bad comments, but in general I see that it is because of things that could be resolved by following up.
Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi moto a servicio a su taller y desde el primer servicio todo fue pesimo, tardan dias en revisarla y cuando te la entregan no saben que tiene. Tuve que levantar un reporte directamente con vento por la pésima atencion que da la encargada y por la mala calidad en su trabajo. Tuve que cambiar de taller ya que mi moto se la pasaba mas en el taller que fuera del mismo.
I took my motorcycle to service at your workshop and from the first service everything was terrible, they take days to review it and when they deliver it to you they do not know what it has. I had to file a report directly with vento due to the terrible attention given by the manager and the poor quality of her work. I had to change workshops since my motorcycle was spent more in the workshop than outside of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo representantes de Servicios de la marca Vento, les falta organización, elevadores, rampas, gatos, etc.. para las reparaciones y/o mantenimientos, Al parecer tienen personal capacitado son buenos mecánicos pero con los faltantes antes mencionados...
As representatives of the Vento brand Services, they lack organization, elevators, ramps, jacks, etc. for repairs and/or maintenance. Apparently they have trained personnel, they are good mechanics, but with the aforementioned shortcomings...
