★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se dejen engañar a nosotros no los recomendó la Grua y lo mismo que la reseña anterior nos quitaron el termostato, nos pidieron mucho dinero que por que iban a cambiar las Mangeras e iban a poner refacciones nuevas pero no hasta nos robaron piezas y dinero y mi camioneta quedó mal por que llegando a Toluca las Mangeras se rompieron por que estaban viejas y nos faltan unas partes
Don't let us fool you, the crane didn't recommend them and just like the previous review, they took away our thermostat, they asked us for a lot of money because they were going to change the hoses and they were going to put in new parts but they didn't even steal parts and money and my truck was bad because arriving in Toluca the Hoses broke because they were old and we are missing some parts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me recomendó una grua tenía problemas de alternador , como fue en la noche me recomendó un hotel venía con mi dos esposa mi papá mi bebé y mi hijo de 8 años se ofrecieron a llevarnos al hotel. Se quedo el auto y si nos pidieron anticip. Al otro día quedó a las 3 de la tarde y todo bien hasta ahorita nos sacaron del apuro y en el hotel nos permitieron quedarnos hasta que nos entregaron el auto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caí en ese taller pues me lo recomendaron los de la Grúa que nos apoyó en carretera.
El presupuesto inicial me lo incrementaron a casi el triple por supuestas refacciones y no me pesaría tanto haberlo pagado si hubiera quedado bien la unidad pero hicieron un trabajo pésimo por decir lo menos.
Me cobraron un ajuste de maquina que jamás hicieron, ltuve que meter mi unidad a un taller en Cdmx para una verdadera reparación.
Desarmaron y medio ajustaron para que arrancará el vehículo, no me dejaron manejarlo hasta que pague completo.
le quitaron el termostato y conectaron directo siendo que me cobraron refacciones nuevas y jamas me mostraron lo que supuestamente cambiaron. Ya en carretera el anticongelante se regresaba al depósito y burbujeaba horrores.
Se aprovechan de la necesidad y desconocimiento. Si pueden busquen otro lugar que no les pase lo mismo porque literal fue un robo y todavía me dicen no tiene porque fallar si lo hicieron bien.

The initial budget was increased to almost triple for supposed parts and it would not bother me so much to have paid it if the unit had turned out well, but they did a lousy job to say the least.
They charged me for a machine adjustment that they never did, I had to take my unit to a workshop in Cdmx for a real repair.
They disarmed and half adjusted so that the vehicle would start, they would not let me drive it until I paid in full.
They removed the thermostat and connected it directly since they charged me for new parts and they never showed me what they supposedly changed. Already on the road, the antifreeze returned to the tank and bubbled horribly.
They take advantage of the need and ignorance. If you can, look for another place that doesn't happen to you because it was literally a robbery and they still tell me there's no reason to fail if they did it right.

Si estás viendo esto, seguramente les dejaste tu carro y un anticipo, te recomiendo que vayas por él en seguida y lleves de preferencia a alguien que sepa de mecánica para que le expliquen a él qué fue lo que le hicieron, qué arreglo te están cobrando, verifique que no le falte ninguna pieza y no les des un sólo peso más a estas ratas mal vivientes.
Terrible service, THEY CHARGED ME ONLY FOR DISARMING THE CAR AND STEAL WHAT THEY COULD. If you are seeing this, surely you left them your car and an advance, I recommend that you go for it right away and preferably take someone who knows mechanics so that they can explain to him what they did to him, what repair they are charging you , check that no piece is missing and do not give a single peso more to these evil living rats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pasó lo mismo, iba en dirección a Acapulco, el coche se desvíelo, la grúa de CAPUFE me contacto con un servicio de grúa local y caí con estos ladrones. Me cobraron muy caro por la reparación del motor del vehículo, me habían dado un precio alto y después me llamaron para incrementar el costo de la reparación.
Cuando me entregaron el vehículo, el motor vibraba mucho y me dijeron que se iba a asentar.
Eso no ha pasado, el motor sigue sin funcionar correctamente, tendré que llevarlo a reparar nuevamente.
Además, me robaron los convertidores catalíticos y algunos soportes, por alguna razón el quema cocos ya no funciona bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, roban piezas de los carros, cobran por trabajos que no hacen.
Mi tío tuvo la confianza por la recomendación del de la grúa. Por confiar, pagó anticipadamente $20,000 y jamás le entregaron la camioneta. Falleció mi tío por COVID y la camioneta nomas no quedó.
Fui a traerla en grúa, y me la dieron en pedazo y con piezas faltantes.
Pésimo servicio
Terrible place, they steal parts from cars, they charge for jobs they don't do.
My uncle had the confidence because of the recommendation of the tow truck. For trusting, he paid $20,000 in advance and the truck was never delivered. My uncle passed away from COVID and the truck just didn't stay.
I went to bring it in a tow truck, and they gave it to me in pieces and with missing pieces.
