★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en aplicación de garantías, pague por un display original y me entregaron uno genérico y de no ser porque "olvidaron" ponerle el auricular no me percato; cuando lo devolví quisieron cobrarme la pieza y la reparación nuevamente. Pasaron 2 semanas diciéndome que ese mismo día quedaba listo.. No hay certeza de las piezas que le colocan o le quitan a pesar de estar dentro de Sears.
Terrible service in application of guarantees, I paid for an original display and they gave me a generic one and if it weren't because they "forgot" to put the headset on, I wouldn't notice; When I returned it they wanted to charge me for the part and the repair again. They spent 2 weeks telling me that that same day it was ready. There is no certainty of the parts that are placed or removed despite being inside Sears.
