Las instalaciones siempre están en malas condiciones. La atención es deficiente.
Quise liberar un equipo de internet en casa y la respuesta del personal fue:
"nunca se liberan los equipos, se realiza la operación pero el sistema no lo libera"
En teoría logré hacer que se procesar a la cancelación del servicio que tenía, pero el proceso fue desagradable desde que entré.
Diría que esperaría que mejorara el servicio, pero siempre ha sido así, solo desaconsejaria tener servicios de movistar.
I do not understand how this company is still active.
The facilities are always in poor condition. Attention is lacking.
I wanted to free up an internet computer at home and the response from the staff was:
"The equipment is never released, the operation is performed but the system does not release it"
In theory I managed to get it processed upon cancellation of the service I had, but the process was unpleasant from the moment I entered.
I would say that I would hope that the service would improve, but it has always been like that, I would only advise against having movistar services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly received worse service than at Movistar. Not only that the company makes everything in its power to get as much money as possible from its company (in many cases from fabricated charges), but the customer service is Dante's 7th circle of hell. Staff at Movistar is not only indifferent but also incompetent and every attempt to try to get a better service from them ends up in painful waiting, ignorance and no positive results. On top of that, staff is sometimes rude and on no occasion will they apologise or at least try to help you or be nice if they cannot fix a problem (which is usually the case). Shame on you, Movistar.
