No entiendo porque solo hay un modulo de movistars hace falta otro,el de la plaza estaba muy bien y sin embargo lo quitaron, el ir hasta el centro es algo incomodo muchas veces no hay donde estacionarse. Vamos retrocediendo en lugar de avanzar, sin embargo el personal muy bien.
I do not understand why there is only one module of movistars, another is needed, the one in the square was very good and yet they removed it, going to the center is somewhat uncomfortable many times there is no where to park. We are going backwards instead of moving forward, however the staff is very good.

El asesor que me atendió mala actitud de servicio me brindó no me dio solución para una renovación porque no avia el color del equipo que me asignadoron casi me dio a entender agale como pueda en lugar de darme una solución muy pésimo su servicio
The advisor who treated me bad attitude of service gave me no solution for a renewal because he did not know the color of the team assigned to me, he almost made me understand as much as possible instead of giving me a solution, his service was very lousy

La atención es razonablemente rápida. A veces la terminal bancaria no sirve y hay que pagar a fuerzas en efectivo. El personal podría ser más amable.
Service is reasonably fast. Sometimes the bank terminal does not work and you have to pay forces in cash. The staff could be friendlier.

Pésimo servicio, solo están perdiendo el tiempo, no se preocupan por la atención al cliente, no se que les paso pero antes del covid era otra diferente, no se si cambiaron de gerente, pero dan ganas de cancelar, uno venia escapando de telcel por el mal servicio, pero si ese plus ya no lo tienen creo que tristemente regresaremos :(
Terrible service, they are just wasting time, they do not care about customer service, I do not know what happened to them but before the covid it was a different one, I do not know if they changed manager, but it makes you want to cancel, one was escaping from telcel for the bad service, but if that plus they no longer have it I think we will sadly return :(

Me hice un cambio de compañía y a pesar de que les deletree mi nombre lo escribieron mal y al ir por mi chip me dijeron que no se podía y que regresara al día siguiente, y cuando regresé me volvieron a decir que no se podía y que si quería recuperar mi número necesitaba contratar un plan de renta el cual no necesito. Y a fuerza tuve que contratarlo ya que no puedo perder mi número. Pésima experiencia, me hicieron regresar dos veces para que al final no se solucionara nada.
I made a change of company and despite the fact that I spelled my name they spelled it wrong and when I went to get my chip they told me that it was not possible and that I should return the next day, and when I returned they told me again that it was not possible and that yes I wanted to recover my number, I needed to contract a rental plan which I do not need. And by force I had to hire him since I can't lose my number. Terrible experience, they made me return twice so that in the end nothing was solved.

In Chetumal as in most Mexi cx an cities you have little choices on phone service carriers...the largest is Telmex that opened and control Ed by the Mexican government witch we all know to be a corrupt government. I have used all the phone services and find Movistar to have the best customer service people and competitive pricing. The service is livable with a few dead areas that if you ask they will tell you. Chey is a third world area with very little English speaking residence not do they want to change in anyway. Inexpensive to live in China mall is why most Americans and Canadians kind of come here to stay but they usually end up leaving because it is depressing at times.
