El día 18 de marzo acudí a realizar una renovación en la sucursal Movistar corona independencia #GDL donde un chico del módulo 5 un tipo de ojos de color
muy prepotente creo llamado Victor me atendió de muy mala gana donde dijo que la línea no estaba personalizada yo mostrándole mis pagos se negó a ayudarme a continuar con el trámite, ofreciéndome una línea nueva al no aceptarla se porto aún más grosero diciendo que por políticas de la empresa no podía continuar con mi trámite, donde yo mismo le mostré factura pagadas a mi nombre y él seguía aferrado en no atenderme. Un ejecutivo del módulo 3 muy amablemente me atendió dándome solución y así mismo llevando a cabo mi caso me resolvió y renovó. #Movistar capacita más a tu personal en especial al ejecutivo mencionado al inicio

very arrogant I think called Victor he attended me very reluctantly where he said that the line was not personalized and I showed him my payments he refused to help me continue with the process, offering me a new line by not accepting it he behaved even more rude saying that due to policies of the company could not continue with my procedure, where I myself showed him the invoice paid in my name and he continued to cling to not assisting me. An executive from module 3 very kindly assisted me giving me a solution and likewise carrying out my case he resolved and renewed me. #Movistar trains your staff more, especially the executive mentioned at the beginning
