★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andan por casualidad en esta plaza es la primer sucursal que veo abierta. Buena atención, tratan de mantener medidas de higiene como el no dar muestras de los sabores que tienen, poner pantallas de acrílico para separar a los cajeros o como el uso de guantes, pero se quedan insuficientes porque mientras no hay gente andan manipulando el celular sin quitarse los guantes y quién sabe si lo habrán desinfectado antes, por lo que deben trabajar más esa parte. Tampoco les importa mucho el que acumules puntos en la tarjeta virtual, o al menos no indican porque no se pueden acumular puntos. El helado lo sirven bien sería el único punto a considerar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las empleadas vieron que los helados no tenían la consistencia adecuada, aún así me vendieron 2 helados, hice mi reclamo, hicieron otra prueba que tampoco salió bien y me dijeron "Tarda em agarrar consistencia". Pedí la devolución. ¿Por qué están vendiendo helados aguados sabiendo que no tienen la consistencia adecuada?
The employees saw that the ice creams did not have the proper consistency, even so they sold me 2 ice creams, I made my claim, they did another test that did not go well and they told me "It takes time to get consistency". I asked for a refund. Why are they selling soggy ice creams knowing they don't have the right consistency?
