★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de limpieza está bien pero la que se encarga de facturar es muy antipática. Se equivocó al ingresar los datos y casi fue mi culpa. Un servicio al cliente pésimo no te da ganas de regresar nunca!
 The cleaning service is fine but the one in charge of billing is very unfriendly. It was wrong to enter the data and it was almost my fault. Poor customer service does not make you want to return ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ofrecen servicio de 24 horas contra lluvia, se que no es obligatorio pero si tienes mala suerte y llueve el día que lo lavas pues tendrás que pagar de nuevo. ??
They do not offer 24-hour service against rain, I know it is not mandatory but if you have bad luck and it rains the day you wash it, you will have to pay again. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rápido y buen servicio, personal muy atento, alrededor hay muchos lugares donde desayunar o comer mientras lavan tu auto en aproximadamente 50min, dependiendo de cuánto trabajo tengan.
Fast and good service, very attentive staff, around there are many places to have breakfast or eat while washing your car in about 50min, depending on how much work they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy agradable, lástima que el personal sea totalmente lo opuesto. Las chicas bastante groseras y con un humor nefasto desde la recepción del coche, hasta la entrega. Olvidaron poner los tapetes. Primera y última vez.
The place is very nice, too bad the staff is the complete opposite. The girls are quite rude and with a terrible humor from the reception of the car, to the delivery. They forgot to put the mats. First and last time.

They do a very good job but the wait is endless 4-5 hours because they don't have enough staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo dejan limpio, pero tardan demasiado, deje mi auto y me dijeron q lo entregaban en 2 horas y tardaron casi 3 horas.
Las veces q me lo han dejado sucio o manchado, les comento y lo limpian con cara larga.
Desde ahí, primero lo reviso y después pago.
La chica que la caja es más seca que una ciruela pasa.
Los precios varían mucho pero si pagas, tienes derecho a exigir de manera amable que lo hagan bien y como te prometen que quedará.
If they leave it clean, but it takes too long, I left my car and they told me they would deliver it in 2 hours and it took almost 3 hours.
The times they have left it dirty or stained, I tell them and they clean it with a long face.
From there, I check it first and then pay.
The girl that the box is drier than a prune.
Prices vary a lot but if you pay, you have the right to demand in a polite way that they do it well and how they promise it will be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que recibe los carros me atendió con una pésima actitud, ni siquiera terminé de darle los buenos días cuando me interrumpió de forma muy grosera, diciéndome que ahorita me recibía el coche. En ese momento me dieron ganas de irme, pero cuando me dijeron 2 horas de espera, en definitiva me fuí. Primera vez que voy, invitada a jamás probar sus servicios.
The lady who receives the cars attended me with a terrible attitude, I didn't even finish saying good morning when she interrupted me in a very rude way, telling me that the car would receive me right now. At that moment I wanted to leave, but when they told me 2 hours to wait, I definitely left. First time I go, invited to never try their services.
