Cuando le habñe a Andrés y le dije que mejor quería mi computadora porque se estaba tomando mucho tiempo, me la hicieron perdedisa y no me la regresaron. Estoy en proceso de hacer un reporte en la procuraduría del consumidor por que eso no se vale. Uno lleva su equipo confiando en ellos y de repente se pierden las cosas. Mucho cuidado con este negocio-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me tuvieron esperando alrededor de 40 minutos para atenderme, solo para que le tomaran unas fotos a mi máquina según para mandarme un presupuesto, cosa que jamás hicieron, llame para saber porque no me había llegado y resulta que la persona que me atendió jamás hizo nada, me dijeron que les mandara un correo electrónico, con fotos del equipo y el problema que tenía, para que me dieran un presupuesto y jamás recibí respuesta de ellos. Los empleados son unos incompetentes. Si eso es solo para un presupuesto, no quiero imaginar cómo sera para una reparación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me entregaron rayada mi computadora, nunca te avisan que pasa con tu equipo hasta que tu ha las, la lleve pora que le pusieran Memoria y me la entregaron descompuesta de algo, cuando solo la lleve para mejorara espacio y velocidad. Tardan mucho en entregarte el quipo, pésimo servicio.

Uno lleva sus equipos creyendo que porque están en Office Depot es un lugar de confianza y ni nos preocupamos por el costo porque es un lugar “seguro”.
Créanme que a los que comentan que ni la cotización les llegó, fue lo mejor que les pudo haber pasado.
Yo dejé mi computadora después de la revisión del técnico, pasaron semanas y nadie se comunicó, cuando yo hablé se inventaron otras fallas que yo no había entregado… pasó cerca de 1 año y me la entregaron solamente porque se había levantado queja en la PROFECO.
Y si me lee alguien de los que revisa reseñas para ver si lleva su equipo a Mr. Fix, les digo que NO LO HAGAN.
Y si alguien también está en proceso de levantar una queja en PROFECO les comparto que aunque en la hoja de servicio diga que Office no se hace responsable porque son una empresa ajena; lo cierto es que el pago inicial que se hace para dejar el equipo se hace en caja de Office y te entregan un ticket de Office.

And if anyone reading reviews reads me to see if they're taking their gear to Mr. Fix, I tell them DON'T.
And if someone is also in the process of filing a complaint with PROFECO, I share that although the service record says that Office is not responsible because they are an outside company; The truth is that the initial payment made to leave the equipment is made in the Office box and they give you an Office ticket.
