Cuando la iba a recoger me dijeron que les tenía que pagar 3X más porque era más mano de obra.
I left my laptop, they quoted me the labor for the change of a keyboard, I accepted and they agreed to have it in 3 hours.
When I was going to pick it up they told me that I had to pay them 3X more because it was more labor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Llegué con una computadora Panasonic Toughbook, el señor que atendía no pudo ni abrir la tapa de la laptop. Yo le dije cómo sacar la batería para checarla, luego de lo cual dijo que el centro de carga estaba dañado y no había nada que hacer porque esas piezas, por la rareza del equipo, eran imposibles de conseguir. Al día siguiente, me lancé a la plaza de la tecnología y la repararon por un precio muy razonable. Si tienen una lap cualquiera, tal vez Mr. Fix, les sirva. Si no, mejor vayan con Beto Ponciano a Micro-chip en Eje Central 38. Él sí tiene ingenio y talento.
Very bad experience. I arrived with a Panasonic Toughbook computer, the man who attended could not even open the lid of the laptop. I told him how to remove the battery to check it, after which he said that the charging center was damaged and there was nothing to do because those parts, due to the rarity of the equipment, were impossible to obtain. The next day I rushed to the tech plaza and they fixed it for a very reasonable price. If you have any lap, perhaps Mr. Fix, it will serve you. If not, better go to Beto Ponciano at Micro-chip on Eje Central 38. He does have ingenuity and talent.
