Sin embargo decidí ya no utilizar su servicio porque en el servicio de mudanza compartida las cosas se quedaban 30 días en la bodega, y me especificaron claramente que el seguro que contratas solo aplica para el transporte (el 10% de tus bienes en caso de que se dañen)no para la estancia en bodega, entonces no me dieron confianza. Cómo tip, deberían cambiar sus políticas, hacerse cargo y responsables de lo que transportan, asegurar que cuidarán las cosas como si fueran suyas, eso daría mayor confianza cuando uno intenta elegir servicios de mudanzas.

Los chicos que emplayan, cargan y mueven son muy respetuosos, serviciales y atentos a lo hacen. Son cuidadosos con las cosas delicadas como una pantalla y el cristal de un escritorio que trajeron desde CDMX a Yucatán. Un gran servicio, sin duda alguna.
I really liked the service, the follow-up during the process, that my things were wrapped and the boxes were numbered for delivery. The guys who pack, load and move are very respectful, helpful and attentive to what they do. They are careful with delicate things like a screen and the glass of a desk that they brought from CDMX to Yucatan. Great service, without a doubt.
