★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los peores lugares donde he comprado, me vendieron dos camas individuales con colchones, me insistieron, incluso me siguieron hasta la salida convenciendome que ahí eran colchones de lo mejor, no reconstruidos, y supuestamente me rebajaron el precio. Apenas tengo una semana que los compré y uno de los colchones ya se hundió, sin contar que ya le había ido a reclamar para que me cambiarán un colchón que estaba muy duro parecía relleno de cosas, estoy sumamente molesta ya que no dan ni notas de remisión membretadas y por supuesto no dan factura, pero aún así me voy a quejar a Profeco, los compradores tenemos derechos, no la recomiendo los muebles son de pésima calidad y para nada son baratos.
It is one of the worst places I have ever bought, they sold me two single beds with mattresses, they insisted, they even followed me to the exit, convincing me that there were the best mattresses, not rebuilt, and supposedly they lowered the price. I have barely bought them a week and one of the mattresses has already sagged, not to mention that I had already asked him to change a mattress that was very hard seemed stuffed with things, I am extremely annoyed since they do not give even notes of Letterhead referral and of course they do not give an invoice, but still I am going to complain to Profeco, buyers have rights, I do not recommend it, the furniture is of poor quality and it is not cheap at all.
