No comprendo en donde ven la excelente calidad los que comentan aquí, asquerosa la calidad , muebles mal hechos , muy educados , pero fatal la atención , es lo que sucede cuando los padres dejan en manos de los hijos los negocios familiares .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la 3 vez que compraba con ellos ya que su precio y calidad no tengo queja alguna, pero la actitud de su personal es pésima, deberían de enseñar que aparte de hacer muebles, es trato con el cliente y que ellos están brindando un servicio y ante el error tienen que recuperar. Llevo 25 días esperando un sillón ya que se equivocaron en el color del tapiz que pedí, solicite que por favor fuera más rápida la entrega pero solo recibí mensaje grosero en son de burla.
It is the 3 time that I bought with them since their price and quality I have no complaints, but the attitude of their staff is terrible, they should teach that apart from making furniture, it is dealing with the client and that they are providing a service and before the error they have to recover. I have been waiting for an armchair for 25 days since they made a mistake in the color of the tapestry I ordered, I requested that the delivery be faster but I only received a rude message in mockery.
