★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Salas de muy mala calidad ni un mes y se hunden los sillones. Se llevaron a reparar y tienen dos meses sin dar solución ni regresar sala ni dinero.
Terrible service. Rooms of very poor quality not even a month and the armchairs sink. They took them to repair and they have two months without giving a solution or returning the room or money.

Compré una sala en mayo del 21 a los 3 meses se abrió de las costuras, se la llevaron 3 veces a garantía y en las 3 ovaciones llegó peor después de tanto insistir nos dieron otra sala supuestamente nueva. Nos dieron 3 meses más de garantía ya pasaron esos 3 meses y la sala nueva se empezó a abrir y a tronar de la madera

I bought a room in May 21 after 3 months it opened at the seams, they took it 3 times to guarantee and in the 3 ovations it got worse after so much insisting they gave us another supposedly new room. They gave us 3 more months of guarantee and those 3 months have passed and the new room began to open and thunder of wood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, venden salas de muy mala calidad con acabados malos comparadas a las de exhibición y sus costos son muy elevados, no te ofrecen ningún tipo de garantía y para aplicar algún reclamo no te dan solución y se se portan de manera grosera.
Recomiendo nunca compren muebles ahí.
Terrible service, they sell rooms of very poor quality with poor finishes compared to those on display and their costs are very high, they do not offer you any type of guarantee and to apply a claim they do not give you a solution and they behave rudely.
I recommend never buying furniture there.

Adquirí una sala, y al momento de llevarla a mi domicilio me percate que estaba mal hecha, muchísimos detalles como la costura y los sillones se hundían.
Acudí a tienda para darle una solución a este problema y la vendedora muy grosera y prepotente, su trato nada que ver cómo cuando iba a comprar mi sala.
Hasta las de mil peticiones en tienda se llevaron mi sala para arreglo, el señor que se llevó mi sala me comentó que tienen mucha demanda de devoluciones por desperfectos.
Ya casi un mes y no me dan solución, no responden mis llamadas ni mensajes y al acudir a tienda sólo dicen que tarda y no dan soluciones.
Pésimo servicio!!!

I bought a living room, and when I took it to my home I realized that it was poorly done, many details such as the sewing and the armchairs were sagging.
I went to the store to find a solution to this problem and the saleswoman was very rude and arrogant, her treatment was nothing like when I was going to buy my room.
Even the thousand requests in the store took my room for repairs, the man who took my room told me that they have a lot of demand for returns due to damage.
It's been almost a month and they don't give me a solution, they don't answer my calls or messages and when I go to the store they just say it's taking time and they don't give solutions.
Terrible service!!!
