Si me comentaron que podía tardar un mes o dos, ya van 3 y me siguen diciendo que es culpa del proveedor. Cuantos meses tendrán que pasar para que me den mis muebles??? Al llegar de inmediato me atendió la Sra atenta y amable, dándome el saludo ofreciendome su ayuda, le pregunté por varias cosas y me mostró esas y más opciones, de verdad me trató muy cordialmente y siempre con respeto. Me entregó una cotización de los muebles y resolví regresar de nuevo en un futuro no muy lejano a comprar, me sugirió que la buscará para la venta ya que es su comisión y su ganancia, claro que así será. Los pagos los puedes realizar en efectivo, tarjeta de débito y tarjeta de crédito,además de MSI conT/C, dónde y cuando aplique.. Recomendaciónes: 1)Visiten el lugar y elijan sus muebles. Compramos un comedor en el buen fin y antes de concretar la compra, se comprometieron a entregar antes del 24 de diciembre; estamos a 3 de febrero y es tiempo de que no saben para cuándo podrán surtir la orden. En ningún momento nos contactaron para darnos alguna actualización o referencia de la entrega. Y la excusa que nos dan es que "el proveedor" les quedó mal. Lo que queda es ver si vale la pena la espera con la calidad del mueble. Terrible customer service after making the purchase and terrible delivery time.
