A little over a year ago we ordered a sofa Cama from DICO, it was a nightmare. We ordered it in early January and they promised a delivery with 8 days. We received the sofa after several weeks of phone calls to management at the Plaza Las America's location. The sofa was finally received Feb 27th. We recently went to those me location and picked a dining set, we paid cash for the set and we made them very aware of the awful experience with the sofa and over and over again they promised that the dining set would arrive on time, we went in several times speaking with management about this prior to the actual purchase. We were pleasantly surprised when they called us on Monday promising a delivery for Thursday. Wow it really will be on time. We shouldn't have gotten our hopes up. We got a message from the sales guy tonight at 9pm telling us it will not arrive tomorrow as promised and he has no idea when it will arrive. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. They will make all kinds of promises and take your 20,000 pesos but their promises are empty!
