M	Martha Angelica Espinoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, compré una sala el día primero de junio de contado y primero me dieron una fecha de entrega para el día 19 de junio, me pareció excesiva la espera pero acepté porque llevábamos mucho tiempo queriendo cambiar de sala y nos pareció mejor comprarla ven una mueblería que nos brindará un mejor servicio aunque tardaramos un poco más en recibirla, después llamaron para adelantar la entrega para el día 9 de junio , nos pareció estupendo porque ése fin de semana recibiríamos visitas, sacamos la sala vieja para tener espacio y un día antes llamaron para cancelar la entrega por cuestiones de calidad, obviamente ya no pudimos recibir a nuestras visitas y quedé en espera de que me avisarán cuando la entregarían, pues me quedé esperando una semana y yo tuve que hablar, no pudieron darme una fecha , mi esposo volvió a llamar y resulta que " tal vez " la entreguen hasta el día 30 de junio , pero ni siquiera es seguro. Es un abuso por parte de empresas como muebles dico que no tengan una logística bien organizada o vendan muebles que no tienen en existencia, de haber sabido la hubiera comprado en otro lado , fue un engaño cuando me dijeron la fecha de entrega y me mostraron en la computadora que tenían varias piezas en existencia, sobretodo porque la pagué de contado, que pésimo servicio. Cabe aclarar que la señorita que me atendió el día que la compré me brindó buena atención, mi queja es para la mueblería, no para su empleada.
