Es atención personalizada, de acuerdo a tus necesidades.
En mi caso, no tenían la sala en el diseño, ni en el color que quería. Por lo que se mando hacer de acuerdo a lo que yo pedí.
Solo tuve que esperar 01 semana para que sea entregada en la puerta de mi domicilio.

Hay opciones mucho mejores
Primero me manejaron como que tenía garantía y a la mera hora me salieron que no tenía garantía y me quedé literalmente con basura porque es incómodo dormir en ese colchón que adquirí.
