★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mande hacer un mueble con medidas especiales, me dijeron que en 15 días estaba listo, marqué por una duda a la siguiente semana y como perdieron la foto no habían empezado hacer nada y nadie me marco para decírmelo, osea que si no marco no les importa hacer las cosas. Mandé la foto nuevamente y de los 3 teléfonos que te proporcionan en ninguno te contestan y si acaso alguien responde nadie sabe nada de tu pedido,quedan en devolverte la llamada y nada.
Los muebles son bonitos y de buen precio , cotize para varios muebles y un servicio de tapizado, por el momento solo pedí un mueble pero ya que vi que su atención y servicio al cliente es pésimo prefiero buscar otra opción.
Quedaron de entregarme hoy por la tarde, nadie sabe nada, el vendedor me deja en visto y no me contesta el celular, en la oficina y otro cel que me proporcionaron dicen no saber nada y que me devuelven la llamada, terrible servicio.

The furniture is beautiful and at a good price, I quote for several pieces of furniture and an upholstery service, at the moment I only asked for one piece of furniture but since I saw that your attention and customer service is terrible I prefer to look for another option.
They agreed to deliver me today in the afternoon, nobody knows anything, the seller leaves me in sight and does not answer my cell phone, in the office and another cell that they gave me they say they do not know anything and that they call me back, terrible service.
