★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The yoga studio has a warm, sunlit vibe to it which made me feel immediately at home. I really enjoyed the 7am vinyasa flow. The teacher had a really strong practice, offered challenging options that I liked as well as helpful adjustments. Super friendly as well.
