★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me da tristeza como la gente teniendo un trabajo no lo cuida o valora, hoy acudí a esta sucursal siendo las 19:38 pm y una cajera me indica que no había ya servicio porque ya habían apagado los equipos indicándome que su otra compañera lo iniciaría y que solo esperara...yo amablemente acepte y esperé a la otra cajera al llegar ésta me pregunta que se me ofrecía a lo que yo respondí el servicio de envío de un equipo de cómputo a lo que inmediatamente me indica que no sería posible porque ya había cerrado las computadoras y QUE A ELLA NO LE PAGABAN HORAS EXTRAS.
Escuchando esto amablemente le respondí que había llegado antes del cierre pero que le respetaba su tiempo.
Me retiré agradeciendo su atención.
Espero puedan hacer algo al respecto por mejorar la atención del cliente.
Saludos a la orden para cualquier aclaración.
The truth is that it saddens me as people having a job do not take care of it or value it, today I went to this branch at 7:38 pm and a cashier told me that there was no longer service because they had already turned off the equipment indicating that her other colleague did it. I would start and just wait ... I kindly accepted and waited for the other cashier when she arrived she asked me what was being offered to me, to which I replied the service of sending a computer equipment to which she immediately indicated that it would not be possible because she had already closed the computers and THAT SHE WAS NOT PAID OVER HOURS.
Listening to this, I kindly replied that I had arrived before closing but that I respected his time.
I left, thanking you for your attention.
I hope you can do something about it to improve customer service.
