Hablo a otra sucursal y también me dicen lo mismo que marque a un número que ni siquiera es de la empresa es particular.
My qualification refers to the attention concerning the information. They requested information at a branch and they tell me that they cannot provide me with additional cost of guides without credit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no les doy ni una sola estrella, ya que su servicio telefónico es nefasto, ni si quiera responden a las llamadas en horario de servicio, al menos publiquen información de su sucursal que sea verídica; como sus horarios de servicios y número telefónico correctos. Muy mala, malisima atención telefónica.
I do not give them a single star, since their telephone service is disastrous, they do not even respond to calls during service hours, at least they publish information from their branch that is true; such as your correct service hours and phone number. Very bad, bad phone attention.
