★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. If you could only find these style of developed condos all over Mexico. Top notch. IT was like walking into a Vancouver styled condo,but with jungle and amazing birds/fauna, water pressure was amazing, great security. Affordable, and closed to some of the cheapest pastor taco stands in many square miles...great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay while in Tulum. Private security present 24/7 and it is a gated community. I was impressed with their use of solar panels and the architecture of the buildings. They have a dance floor outside on the third floor which is great for Yoga or meditation during the day. The whole place is secluded and was a little difficult to find at first. There is a gas station/convenience store and a busy grocery store within walking distance. Short trip to Gran Cenote from this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing and a great place to stay. Booked an Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. Place is gated with 24hr security so no need to be worried about coming home late and finding someone lurking around the corner. Building has AC and the showers have really good pressure and plenty of hot water. We had a total of 5 people and never had to wait for hot water. Each unit has its own private pool is nice to have when you come back from a day of exploring and need to cool off.
Road that leads to the building can be difficult to find at night but if you remember that its next to Boxito Tulum then it won't be a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is gated, private, and 24 hour security. It is a small and quaint neighborhood with a private driveway. Beautiful 2 level villa with 3 bedrooms, a private pool, swing, outdoor dining, indoor dining room, living room, and 4 bathrooms.
