They are scammers and no single sign of respect to animals and humans. They sell sick animals. They sell animals almost dead. They maltreat animals. Animals they hold without any medical help. I bought a parrot from them for my kid (who was waiting for it a whole 9 months). And guess what, the poor animal started showing signs of severe decease just 10 days after we bought it. We went back to the shop (because they kinda have a veterinary clinic onsite), but they told us that they don't have any specialists in such animals (our parrot was a agaporni, LoveBird) and they sent us to find a specialist in exotic animals. We took him to the specialist, who confirmed that the bird had the following deceases since weeks: Liver decease, worms in digestive system, malnutrition, e-colis in respiratory system and digestive system, diarrhea. We spent almost 4000 peso on treatment, doctor visits, analysis. We tried all we could to save his life, but unfortunately the poor bird died. It was too late... and the medecine did not help Again, went back to the shop and gave them all the documents from the doctor. But they did not admit anything and refused to pay back any compensation. Moreover, they were very disrespectful. The quality manager never called me back. Only some low level person from the shop and obviously she wasn't skilled enough even to discuss the topic. Avoid them. They have 3 shops in Cancun. Just avoid them.

Took my dog there when she had an infection in her paw and toenails. The Dr. was able to prescribe antibiotics and also a special treatment for washing her paw every day. In a few weeks it was way better. I would recommend these guys if you are a dog owner.
