★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy lentos en el pago de predial, quitaron el convenio con el Estado de México y no puedes pagar por Internet, forzosamente tienes que ir y solo hay una persona atendiendo y revisando los libros. Todo ya debiese estar automatizado!!!!
They are very slow in paying property taxes, they removed the agreement with the State of Mexico and you cannot pay online, you necessarily have to go and there is only one person attending and checking the books. Everything should already be automated!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones que realmente les hace falta mejorar y ya ni hablar de infraestructura, no necesita invertir por qué la verdad el municipio tiene muchas carencias y ahí es donde deberían de ir el presupuesto, la atención igual deja mucho que desear, les falta mucha educación, atención a personal, empatía con las personas.....!!! En verdad por favor coloquen a personal realmente capacitadas, y no solo hablo del tema profesional si no humana.
Facilities that really need to be improved and not to mention infrastructure, you do not need to invest because the truth is that the municipality has many deficiencies and that is where the budget should go, the attention still leaves much to be desired, they lack a lot of education, attention staff, empathy with people ..... !!! Really please place really trained personnel, and I am not only talking about the professional subject but also the human one.

No hay baños públicos ya que no cuentan con agua potable
Tampoco no están bien definidos los estacionamientos tanto de vehículos de cuatro ruedas como de
motocicletas
Las calles aledañas al palacio se encuentran llenos de puestos ambulantes y es imposible transitar con algún tipo de vehículo.
The place is very nice but do not have sufficient security and lighting.
No public restrooms because they have no potable water
They are either not well defined parking both four-wheel vehicles as
motorcycles
The streets around the palace are full of stalls and it is impossible to walk with some sort of vehicle.
