Delicious coffee and oreo frappé. The waiters are very attentive and fast.
I would only ask them to lower the music a bit, one is supposed to go talk with friends at a cafeteria, but it was complicated by the volume.

This is a good Coatepec coffee shop. In the first place, the space is pleasant next to a small garden or, if you prefer, inside, which is more intimate. The taste of the cappuccinos is very good and some of the desserts (which I tried) are delicious. The waitresses serve you very well, there are also certain areas where they give you a brief explanation about the quality and extraction of the coffee, as well as where you can buy ground coffee from a quarter quantity. It is really nice to go with your partner, even with friends and family. The site lends itself to these possibilities. The only thing that did not seem to me was that the benches where the garden is located were dusty. From then on, all good. Its very rich coffee.

Museum/cafeteria a few blocks from the center of coatepec, according to local workers, the place belonged to a doctor from whom they bought the place but they kept the furniture store where he had his apothecary, the place is very nice, with very high ceilings, dim lights, ideal for going to drink their excellent coffee that they produce on their farms that are 10 minutes from Coatepec, they handle several types of classic cafeteria coffees and also handle various extraction methods, they have two experiences inside their museum that is the tour inside the cafeteria which at the same time is where the benefit of the coffee ends, there they have their toaster to have a always fresh coffee and they have their tour to the farm where they take you with a guide who explains in detail the processes of elaboration of the coffee from the cherry to the cup and you finish with a workshop on extraction methods and tasting of their coffees, a very pleasant experience and widely recommended if you want to delve deeper into the exciting world of specialty coffee.
Ask as a suggestion that Abraham give you a guide, he is an expert on the subject and answers all the questions you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting demonstration. Unfortunately the top room which is the beginning of the tour starts was closed and apparently a member of staff locked it the day before and didn't return the key. I learnt about the different processes, the growth, the different flavours and methods of brewing. Was able to choose 1 method to try 1 cup of coffee. At one point, felt like they were trying to sell me things to make coffee. The tour for me on my own was 1 hour and 10 minutes for 75 pesos. The girl was originally trying to push me to upgrade stating that I could try the different coffees I declined. Was glad to find out that 1 cup was included as part of the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you speak Spanish doing the 2 hour tour is a must, you will learn alot about coffee. 75 pesos is a joke for what you get in return so a nice tip could be adequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a coffee tasting led by a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly barista. The coffee is delicious, my personal favourite is the natural process. I also tried their cortado, yum!
Highly recommended for those who are just starting out in coffee or want to learn more about what it takes to enjoy a quality coffee from bean to cup.
