On January 28 pay for a room with delivery date April 5 (2 months to deliver) In March they tell me that they are late that it will take 2 more weeks and they promise to deliver my room on April 22. (3 months to deliver) On April 30, I communicated with Vicky (the salesperson) because she did not know anything about them, she did not have a message to know what had happened and she told me again that: THE ROOM IS NOT READY, again she promised again and gave me the May 17-20 (4 months to deliver). On May 17, I contacted them again to coordinate with them for the "supposed delivery" and they told me that: They DO NOT have the color of fabric that I chose (black, the most basic) I ask for the other color that was gray in the same fabric and They don't have that one either, that if I want any of those I would have to wait 13 MORE WEEKS. ( 7 months for delivery) Request my refund as I did in the second breach, but they start insisting with other fabrics from other suppliers and again super committed to delivering me in 15 days, on June 4. We agreed again (after so much time you just want to be delivered) we chose a black that looked like the previous one, and the next day they notify us that there was an error and that the black one was dark brown and they start sending us photos of some fabrics ugly black women that they don't even know. I requested my refund again and Vicky told me that it would take between 3-5 more weeks, obviously I asked to speak with a superior or someone who could give me a solution and she denied it saying that she cannot give someone else's phone numbers. I sent msgs to Instagram and there they made the immediate refund. Conclusion: do not buy here, do not wear yourself out and do not waste your time buying with such an informal brand, for them it is a refund and for me it is 4 months that they withheld my money, 4 months lost and a lot of unnecessary wear

The quality and design of the furniture you see online has nothing to do with the reality of what comes home. We bought a bed that when you got to assemble it you had no way to put the headboard.
