★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención del personal. Muy bien explicado el concepto de alimento crudo para las mascotas la cuál ofrece beneficios muy notorios en las mascotas (pelo más brilloso, heces más firmes sin olor, etc) y les dará una mejor calidad de vida.
 Very good staff attention. Very well explained the concept of raw food for pets, which offers very noticeable benefits in pets (shinier hair, firmer stools without odor, etc.) and will give them a better quality of life.

Buy the prizes, oils and seasonings. My 3 puppies liked it. Good product but lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le di esta comida a mis dos pugs por un lapso de 3 meses, todo bien, incluso las veia con mas energia (tenian 9 y 10 años) y mas animo durante el dia. Le dabamos la comida cruda y les encantaba. Un dia ambas perritas se enfermaron gravemente del estomago (vomito, diarrea y no podian moverse), resulta que fue la comida. Me puedo imaginar que no se respeto la cadena de frio o la comida les cayo mal por alguna razon despues de 3 meses.
I gave this food to my two pugs for a period of 3 months, everything was fine, I even saw them with more energy (they were 9 and 10 years old) and more cheerful during the day. We fed them raw food and they loved it. One day both dogs got seriously sick to their stomachs (vomiting, diarrhea and couldn't move), it turns out it was the food. I can imagine that the cold chain was not respected or the food did not like them for some reason after 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente productos. Mis perros lo aman y se ven muy bien de pelaje y salud en general. Solo un pequeño detalle (aunque no por esto dejaré de comprar) el peso de los paquetes incluye el peso del empaque, es decir si es de 400 g son como 385 g de carne, el empaque pesa como 15-20 grs. Ojalá pueden ajustarlo.
