★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments in this building have a great layout and are very comfy and roomy. There is a restaurant near by as well. There isnt much else around, as this newer development. The roads are terrible, but they are all like that in Tulum, so cant fault this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the moment, staying at Muuch is not recommended for relaxation purposes. Actually very nice apartments but due to the heavy construction work, noise and deep potholes around the building, the accommodation was not suitable for us to spend a vacation. The windows of the building let through almost all the noise and you have to keep the curtains closed all day to avoid seeing the construction sites. There are certainly better options in Tulum. But the street will definitely be very nice in a few years and worth a visit in the future! There are some restaurants and bars nearby but it is still relatively far from the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the apartment a few weeks ago and were expecting a lot of relaxation and nature. Unfortunately, the reality was different. 3 large active construction sites (noise, construction dust and no privacy by construction workers) made the stay unfortunately not a nice experience. The hosts are also not very transparent with this information. The interior of the apartment is super, but under these circumstances I would not book the apartment again.
