I am so embarrassed that it's taken me so long to write this because Valerie's help is what MADE our trip to Holbox in February so amazing. I found my way to My Holbox Tours after trying to coordinate a group of 14 of us traveling to Holbox to celebrate some 40th birthdays. I am SO glad I found Valerie! From our first communication until the moment we left the island she was right there, responding with all of my questions, coordinating last second transfers from the airport when our friends got stuck, procuring paddle boards, booking tours, and putting together the highlight of our trip: my birthday party! Valerie was easy to get ahold of, responded immediately, helped with everything, and was so fun to visit with too. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any of your Holbox needs and we will absolutely be using her again on our next trip!!

We had a great experience booking our transfers between Cancun and Holbox. The price was competitive and and both of our drivers were prompt, professional, and fantastic drivers. We’ll definitely use My Holbox Tours again on our next trip to Holbox.

Valerie and her team are amazing! She’s an amazing communicator and stays on top of everything but somehow manages to be super calm and totally understanding of how to live the island vibe. We had never been to Holbox before and absolutely loved it and loved working with Val and her driver David is amazing too! Highly recommend letting them take great care of you. Thanks again ?

This is a small, locally owned company and was fantastic! I went back and forth for a couple weeks with the owner trying to decide on a certain tour. They even had me wait till I get on the island so they could check the weather and make sure which one of the tours I was interested in would be the best for that day. Because we had such bad signal and my phone had literally broken the day before we left on our trip I couldn't make the digital payment to reserve the tour, so Valerie actually came out and met us while we were having a drink to pick it up from us. We got to meet her and have a nice conversation and everything was just wonderful. I would highly recommend using this company. If we return to Holbox in the future, we will definitely be using My Holbox Tours.

I contacted Valerie (My Holbox Tours) at the suggestion of several people in the forums on Trip Advisor. I am so glad we did. I contacted her a few weeks before our trip with several tours we were interested in going on. She was able to put together a package and arrange the times of the tours in a way that it didn't overwhelm us. She arranged a 3 island tour, a bioluminescence tour, a whale shark tour, and a tour to Chichin Itza for our group of 5. Valerie met us before every tour and made sure that everything went as she had planned. She would contact us after each tour to make sure that we were happy with the tour. She even went along on the tour to Chichin Itza and made the day unforgettable. When I say unbelievable service I mean it. Valerie went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. When I mentioned to her that we had to have a covid test before flying back to the United States she arranged for the Doctor to come to our Airbnb to do the test so it wouldn't interfere with our itinerary. She even arranged for our taxi to the ferry the morning we were leaving and met us at the dock to say goodbye. Valerie is absolutely amazing and she will go out of her way to make your vacation the most memorable and amazing vacation possible. If you don't see a tour offered on her website just tell her what you want to do. If it's possible she will make it happen.

Valerie is Simply the Best!! We booked two tours bioluminescence and the Explore Yum Balam. Comms was great and nothing too much trouble. Even came to my hotel so I could pay. The Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon. Great if you get a starry night too. Explore Yum Balam was great. George (I think) our guide was knowledgeable about the areas and sea life. Valerie was also a star and helped me get my bag back to me after I left it on Holbox back to the Rivieria Maya. Amazing lady. If you are thinking of booking with My Holbox Tours do not hesitate.

Amazing. Worth all the money. If you go in Hollbox and you don’t go to see this beauty of Punta Mosquito and it’s animals, it is not worth it. We were lucky we had the guide Carlos, who explained us all about the place. Best experience by far.

I reached out to My Holbox Tours a couple of weeks before my visit to Holbox, based on the number of great reviews I had read. I had a lot of questions about various tours, and Valerie was responsive, patient and informative. She provided plenty of insightful information, allowing me to select the tours that worked best for me and my husband. We did two tours, the bioluminescence night kayak and the Yum Balam boat trip. Both were a lot of fun and good value for money. Valerie is super friendly and goes out of her way for you. She was happy to come to our hotel so that we could make payment. She also helped me out prior to our arrival with questions I had regarding Covid testing which was reassuring since the hotel would not respond to my emails! Valerie runs a slick operation and offers a wide variety of tours. If we were staying longer, we would definitely have done more with her. Don’t think twice about using Valerie and My Holbox Tours, you won’t be disappointed.
