It’s a nice place to have breakfast at the beach. And the Avocado-Toast for was great!

Due to availability I could not stay at the hotel but I took every chance to be there for yoga, massages, dinner & brunch at mandarina and dinner at luuma. Its a magic place and the staff is very friendly and service oriented. I can recommend this place 100%! Love it!

We had a lovely stay! Exceeded our expectations. Great price. We loved the 3 restaurants, made our decisions for dinner easy (if needed) and we loved just hanging out and having a drink. All the servers were great. Our room was nice and housekeeping did a gold job. The pool/hot tub was my favorite! Overall very pretty and accommodating

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. I cannot recommend this intimate boutique hotel experience enough - especially if you're looking for a bohemian getaway that hits the sweet spot of effortlessly making sure every need is met without trying too hard. The staff is so kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome here as if it is your home. We look forward to our next visit when we need to unplug and relax.

In all it is a lovely place, but our experience in a master suite was far from luxury, and not worth the price tag relative to other vacation options. If you want to stay on Holbox this is among the best. If you want a peaceful honeymoon experience, this wasn’t that for us and it was our least favorite of the three hotels we stayed at in Mexico despite being the most expensive. We were never once asked in four nights or upon checkout, “how is your stay?” Our first night raccoons fought on our porch and scratched at our windows and roof. The thuds were so loud on our roof that a guest below us knocked on our door in the middle of the night thinking humans were making the noise — none of us got any sleep. Much of this could have been improved with a responsive 24/7 front desk. We were told mixed messages and ultimately they did nothing noticeable. We heard the raccoons in their attic nest for the full stay (luckily they were never as loud) and also had roaches on our last night. We had other issues with the front desk, for example, mistakenly thinking they were asking our ferry time in order to pick us up, and not being told they cancelled the event they had invited guests the midnight before. The staff never apologized for these misunderstandings and situations (most would agree waiting for a taxi that doesn’t arrive and showing up to a canceled party isn’t fun). I can’t fully recommend our experience and wouldn’t come back due to the noise, pests, lack of privacy, and hit-or-miss hospitality.

Loved this place! Wish the hot tub would have been hotter but such is life and the beach is better anyway. This place was still amazing! Malena and Tatiana were awesome at making all dining experiences relaxed yet fun. Staff did a great job getting us from the airport and back.

This place is incredible. The staff are amazing, the food amazing, the beach is amazing, the rooms are amazing. The included breakfast is very generous and so delicious. We ate at Mandarina and AMA and loved both. The outdoor beach seating is perfect with shady and sunny spots. The only problem (and this is not the hotel’s fault) is that there are beach bars surrounding the hotel that play loud music all day long and until 3am. We could hear the beat in our room and our room was one of the more secluded rooms. Also the music is blasting all day long on the beach which isn’t great. There is nothing the hotel could do better but I’m usually a good sleeper and had serious trouble sleeping (all five nights and with ear plugs) because of the loud music.
