I honestly don't know where to begin!!! We had such a fantastic day and learned more than we thought we ever could in one day!!! From the very first communication with Damian at my Quest Concierge to our drop of at the end of our excursion we felt blessed. Damian was so helpful and answered every question we had. We were picked up at 7am by our guide Javier as was pre arranged. It is quite a drive to get to the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza but well worth it. We mad a pit stop at a service plaza on the toll road for a restroom break and our guide Javier purchased a small snack form a local Mayan vendor it was sorta of a fried meat tamale, I forgot the name but it was delicious! Next we arrived at the beautiful Chichen Itza. Bottled water and umbrellas were provided as Javier explained that it is very hot and there is little shade once you enter the park. We were extremely lucky and that day there was some cloud coverage and a breeze. We were amazed at the ruins and also our guide as he had so much knowledge to share with us. He was attentive to our energy level and asked if we needed a short break throughout the walk. Next we went to Oxman Cenote were we took a refreshing cool swim in the crystal clear waters. It was just what we needed to cool down. Upon leaving the cenote we went to a beautiful Mayan restaurant in the court yard of the Hotel El Mesón del Marqués in the middle of a colonial village. The food was absolutely delicious and the margarita was so refreshing. We had the option to shop in the town but we chose to head back to our hotel. We are most thankful for our guide Javier he not only took care of all of our needs on the excursion but he shared an unbelievable amount of knowledge about the Mayan culture, the ruins, that area of Mexico and much much more.

We booked a custom trip that included Chichen Itza and Ek-Balam on the same day. The package was pricey but 100% worth it. We got to Chichen Itza before the crowd of tourists and got amazing pics. Our guide was Jony and he was so knowledgeable in explaining the history and context of the ruins. My kids were 13 and 16 and they loved it. We then went to lunch in Valladolid and had a delicious lunch. My son is a picky eater no matter how much we expose him to different cuisine , the restaurant was able to make him something that he 100% and ate. We then went to Ek-Balam. You guys absolutely need a guide, don't go in blindly because you will appreciate it more when you know the history and Jony was a wealth of info about the structures. I can't believe it but I climbed Ek-Balam! Going up and down was rough and I was worried about my kids but having Jony there to help them get down was another plus. We ended up in Cenote Chukum and had an amazing time and Jony took very Instagram worthy pics. I will definitely go with this company again. It is money well spent especially if we get Jony again!

Viator is usually the first place I look for tour options when I'm traveling. But due to covid I was trying to experience Chichen Itza without being on a bus and tour full of people. After a pretty extensive search, I'm so happy I found My Quest. Not only were they more affordable (and had the most included in the price) than other companies I found, our guide Jonathan was wonderful and the ease of booking (send a whatsapp) and payment on the day made for an overall fantastic experience. My daughter and her friends and my girlfriend and her family have since done the same tour and everyone's experience has been consistently great! Jonathan was on time picking us up, gave us great insight about the history, culture and way of life in the Riveria and that was before we even reached the ruins! So many amazing things to learn about Chichen Itza, there is no point in going unless you have a great guide and Jonathan turned out to be a wonderful photographer as well. I'd been to Coba before and his guided tour was just as great as the one I'd had by the experts there. Our lunch stop in Valladolid and cenote experience was fantastic. Being that it was my husband, father and myself, I really loved that our time was our own and Jonathan moved at our pace, staying as long or as short as we wanted in each location. If you are looking for a private tour experience around the Riveria Maya, please know that you'll receive a quality, all inclusive experience with My Quest.

An amazing day with Manuel. He arrived early in a clean SUV. My wife gets car sick really easy. He let her sit in front and was very conscientious about his driving. Never did she feel sick. Manuel’s English is excellent and he was so friendly and thoughtful. He never rushed us, gave us tons of information about Chichen Itza, and answered all of our questions. I’m pretty sure he adjusted his pace to match our slow one. He made recommendations and helped us avoid tourist traps. He takes great pictures and is smart enough to take a slow motion video of our rope jump into the Cenote without us asking. The restaurant he took us to was delicious as he ordered a bunch of local things for us to try cuz we are adventurous eaters. All our needs were met and we had a perfect day.

Antonio "Tony" was wonderful! He was an awesome guide and made sure our day went well. Everything was adapted so that my 11 year old and my infant were both well cared for and happy. We had a very knowledgeable tour of Tulum, visited two cenotes and had a delicious lunch. We never felt pressured to stay anywhere too long nor leave too fast. When an item was left behind, the team worked hard to try to get it returned to us. I will definitely book again when my family returns to the area.

Our guide was Eric and he was FANTASTIC! I cannot recommend this highly enough. It was no pressure, at our own pace and we had just a really great time. Our guide was way more knowledge than I even expected, as he was both an archeologist and a historian. You pay more than a group rate for sure, but you are in great hands here and I would not have traded it for a group tour, even if it was free.

We scheduled everything for our visit to Playa Del Carmen. We did there airport transfers which was awesome, Tony the driver that picked us up was waiting up front with a sign with my name on it, which was great to see. We also did 2 different excursions and had Gerry be our tour guide, the knowledge he has for the area is AMAZING!! He took such great care of us, he is now a friend that we will stay in close contact with. Last was Fernanda, she was amazing to deal with and set up our private tours which she customized to the things we wanted to do. She was always in contact with me and answered every question we had in a timely matter. I can’t say thank you enough for making our trip so much better. We will be seeing you all again in here really soon.

Miguel and Gerry(Gerardo) were amazing! We did the private Tulum and Cenotes tour. They are very knowledgeable and they made us feel like family as we toured the area and swam in cenotes. After our tour they took us to a fantastic restaurant for some great tacos. These two went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We had no idea it was Miguel’s first day with this tour company, he is a pro! Gerardo brought a camera and took amazing photos of our experience with under water videos. We will ask for these two by name in future tours. By far the best guide’s in the area. Thank you both for an excellent experience. 10/10 !!
