This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had on a snorkeling tour. The other family that was supposed to go with us were delayed so my cousin and I ended up being by ourselves on the tour. From the time we got there until the time we left, the entire team made sure we were taken care of. They took us to four different spots and all four were beautiful with a wide variety of sea life for us to see. Jose made sure we had all we needed and made sure we got to see just about everything. It was such a personalized experience, and I am so happy we decided to go with Mystic. If we come back to Cozumel again, I will most definitely be booking with them again!

One of the best snorkel trips we've had. Cozumel was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful culture, beautiful people and beautiful island. Mystic Snorkel made sure we felt like familia and not like strangers. The locations they took us to were 5 stars, the equipment and boat were 5 stars and the beer and fruit tray they offered us were 5 stars. We will definitely consider using them in the future for our next visit.

My son and I had a fantastic day with Mystic Snorkel. It's a smaller boat so it felt more like a charter than a big tour. We were novice snorkelers and they were totally cool with that. Everything was at our own pace. They supply the equipment. There's plenty of pop, beer and a nice snack of fresh fruit at the manta ray beach. We saw a milk shark and lots of beautiful fish out by the reef. My son got to drive the boat. Overall, friendly and welcoming.

We had a great experience snorkeling with Alberto and Maria. They were very patient with us. We booked a ferry for ultramar and didn't realize it was for 9 instead of 8 and they were kind enough to wait for us. Maria is a great guide. She showed us the type of fish we were going to see and explained to us what we were looking at. They had fruits and drinks for us. They also had prescription goggles for those that use glasses which is a plus! Overall great experience would highly recommend! They also drop you off at a restaurant by the shore of your choice or they can recommend you one. They took us to playa palancar and the beach there was beautiful and food was great! Genuinely impressed with the quality of this snorkeling tour. I have snorkeled and dived in multiple countries and usually when I'm in Cozumel just dive... But traveling with my partner so tried to find a snorkel tour for people who actually snorkel and are comfortable in the ocean, instead of just a cattle boat for cruise ship passengers. I lucked out with this company. Alberto was super quick to respond to all questions and very accommodating, met us at the entrance to Marina Fonatur. Maria, from Chile was a perfect dive/snorkel guide, knowledgeable, attentive and just phenomenal customer service skills. David the captain was helpful and friendly. My SO had not snorkeled since middle school and felt supported and looked after, and I got a chance to free dive a bit while doing a drift tour of the reef so both very happy. There are multiple companies that do the 3 reef tour with a snack and have similar prices, what set mystic snorkeling apart is they are genuinely interested in the snorkeling and time on the ocean, not just a drinking tour by slow boat before 15 minutes of snorkeling. They run fast, smaller boats, the day we went it was just the two of us, but they are set up like a 6-pack dive boat, uncrowded, attentive, and professional. Overall, quick ride to the reefs, great crew, great snorkeling,strong recommend! Saw a pair of eagle rays, turtles, huge amberjack and a plethora of the usual reef suspects.

Amazing experience! The booking was easy and they respond almost immediately when our group reached out. Then we were warmly welcomed at the pier and said they had food and drinks onboard for us. We don’t drink but the owner asked us if there was enough beer in case we would want more. Then we went out with Maria and Capi who were phenomenal!! I can’t praise them enough. Mari used to teach diving and was able to help me regulate underwater when snorkeling and diving down. They took us to three different locations. Each one better than the last. We saw amazing fish, SEA TURTLES!, sting rays, coral on coral on coral and more star fish than I ever thought possible in one location! Maria was in the water with us the whole time keeping an eye out and answering questions. We took a break midway through and they had a big container of fresh local fruit, water and local sodas that were all delicious! If you haven’t been snorkeling these guys are amazing. They have all the gear you will need. If you are experienced they are amazing because they keep you safe but don’t over burden you like a different company we snorkeled with. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Went out today with Maria as our tour guide and had such an amazing time! I’ve done snorkeling excursions offered by cruise ships before and this experience was quite different in the best way possible. First, the boat is not over crowded with people. They only offer small groups, a big plus! They took us to several different locations and gave us plenty of time at each. Each spot is beautiful. We were able to see three sea turtles!!! The boat has lots of shade and they provide water, soda, beer, and fresh fruit. I would recommend this trip to everyone!!
