★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente, no me permitieron entrar para estar con mi acompañante. Tuve que esperar fuera del establecimiento sentado en la acera.
Además de las chicas que ponen las uñas no hay un responsable que resuelva este tipo de problemas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejaron esperando 20 minutos parada en la puerta, porq la banca de afuera estaba ocupada y 5 minutos más en el sillón de adentro.
Nada les cuesta pasarme al sillón de adentro y ser más atentas o decir que van retrasadas.
Ya van 3 veces seguidas que me pasan tarde y no había dicho nada, ya que la atención había sido buena.
La chica que me atendió se llama Abigahil, es nueva, su actitud es muy altanera e igualada. Le pedí tratamiento total y me dijo que tenía que avisar antes porq llevaba más tiempo. Le dije que me pasaron 30 min tarde y dijo q de todos modos tenía q avisar, haciéndome caras de disgusto, porque se iba a quedar sin comer.
La vez pasada me atendió Rosy, me pasaron igual tarde, pero ella bien linda me dijo, ponte calcio porq ya tus uñas están maltratadas, ahí se notan las ganas y el trato al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar pequeño y los costos son algo elevados, aunque las chicas son muy lindas y la calidad de su trabajo es muy buena.
Recomiendo que hagan cita previa, ya que los espacios se llenan rápido, especialmente los fines de semana. Cuentan con teléfono y atención por WhatsApp.
Lo único malo es que no tienen lugar de estacionamiento, pero la Mega de Mixcoac está justo enfrente.
