★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien fue un buen trabajo la atención fue muy mala, muy tedioso el agendar una cita, comentarios despectivos (si voy a hacerme uñas es para que queden bien no para que me digan que están feas mis uñas), remarcaban mucho el costo del servicio como si no lo pudiese cubrir y se resistían a realizar el trabajo solicitado pese a pedirlo en dos ocasiones y sabiendo como se iba a ver este por el tipo de uñas.
Volvería a ir pero no a esta sucursal :/
Although it was a good job, the attention was very bad, it was very tedious to schedule an appointment, derogatory comments (if I am going to do nails it is to make them look good, not to tell me that my nails are ugly), they highlighted the cost of the service a lot as if he could not cover it and they were reluctant to carry out the requested work despite asking for it twice and knowing how it would look due to the type of nails.

The girl who attended me did a great job and her work is very good; but the ones in charge of the place are rude, I didn't like the treatment they have towards the client at all, that made me NOT want to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, no responden llamadas, cuando lo hacen responden de malas, y para variar NUNCA hay lugar para aplicar acrílico, son muy groseras.
Terrible service, they don't answer calls, when they do they respond badly, and for a change there is NEVER a place to apply acrylic, they are very rude.

No te atienden cuando llegas, te hablan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, se tardan en atenderte. Esta sucursal es la peor a la que he ido de todas las franquicias.
Very poor coordination when scheduling appointments, ALL the girls WITHOUT EXCEPTION are very rude, haughty and know very little about customer service. They do not attend you when you arrive, they speak to you as if they were doing you a favor, they take time to attend to you. This branch is the worst I have been to of all the franchises.
