NAJ CASA HOLBOX - 77310 Holbox

Muy bonito hotel en una zona tranquila y muy cercana al muelle y las calles principales, restaurantes etc. La limpieza excelente 10/10 y la zona de piscina y relax muy buena. En general mi puntuación 10/10 si vuelvo a holbox seguro volveré a este hotel.

Hotel a 6’ andando del centro de la actividad de la isla, perfecto para Poder ir andando a todos los sitios y no tener ruido durante las noches. La piscina y zona común es una pasada…aunque es pequeña es perfecta para relajarte y disfrutar de buenas tumbonas y un baño fresco. Buen funcionamiento de internet. Reservamos varias actividades en el hotel y no hubo ningún problema. Lo recomendamos para tu estancia en HOLBOX

Pas du tout un 5 étoiles. Ils devraient vraiment arranger ca. Mais dans l'ensemble l'hôtel n'est pas trop mal. Bonne douche. Lit confortable. AUCUN ustensiles dans la cuisine. D'une grande inutilité. C'est dommage car dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est agréable. La piscine et le jardin sont très jolies et agréables.

Very bad ecperience! Bad service and unfriendly

The most uncomfortable beds I've slept on in Mexico. Way too firm. Bed sheets are like sand paper. Can hear rooms next door. Thank god we only stayed for 1 night! It's also in the getto. Watch out for snowball across the street , he will bite you. Front desk lady was nice. If you want an amazing hotel, check out tropical suites. Best beds. Quite and slept like a baby.

Far out one of the best places we have ever stayed in, in Mexico. The hotel is very new and very well thought about. The rooms are super clean, spacious and well decorated. The pool is really an advantage if u prefer a quiet sunbathing day. And last but not least, the staff is wonderful. Authentic, very social and polite. Definetly a warm harted place!

Very clean hotel, with a nice courtyard. Bit farther away from the center, but that's no problem. You can still walk everywhere. One of the receptionists was very nice. Beds were a bit small for two persons though. Wifi was spotty, but that's probably everywhere on holbox.

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are spacious ( too much if you ask me), it is clean ... however ... Rooms are incomplete by 5 stars as much as it stands on the booking. There was no toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, fridge but no mini bar, no food or drinks in the hotel like in every 5*. There are microwaves, coffee salts, bowls but no cutlery. The pool is too small for the number of rooms, not too clean and very cold. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, minimalist but with taste and in harmony with nature. the environment is horrible, flooded streets on all sides, garbage that no one cleans, waste, etc ... The hotel is not bad but it is more of a boarding house than a hotel and in a horrible environment, although very close to the ferry and the center.
