NAMASTE - 37750 San Miguel de Allende

Nací en la Ciudad de México y llegué  a San Miguel de Allende para enseñar danza desde 1992 hasta 2008 en el Instituto de Bellas Artes .

Mis diversos intereses en movimiento, en la relación  cuerpo-mente, Tai-Chi, ,Gi Gong,espiritualidad, astrología, salud,herbolaria,y  nutrición me  llevaron  a la práctica del Yoga..Con la práctica  de yoga  se evaporaron  todos los dolores e imbalances  que había desarrollado en la danza .Encontré en este camino  de auto-conocimiento y auto-transformación una herramienta muy valiosa de vida y desde el 2000 me dedico a compartirlo.

Inspirada en diferentes estilos y enfoques, enseño  dando énfasis en la respiración y la alineación, invitando a los alumnos  a tomar conciencia de la conexión mente-cuerpo y espíritu.

I was  born in Mexico City and moved to San Miguel de Allende to teach dance from 1992 to 2008 at the Art Institute of Bellas Artes. My interests in movement, body-mind, Tai-Chi, Gi-gong, spirituality, astrology, health, and nutrition drew me 

 to practice yoga. I saw all  my aches and pains from years of dancing evaporated. with my yoga practice,I  found a very valuable practice that contributed to my self-knowledge and self transformation.Since 2000 i have shared this path with  my students.

Inspired in different styles and approaches to yoga i teach  giving with an  emphasis on the breath and alignment,inviting students to bring  more awareness to their mind-body-spirit connection.
