★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal trato al cliente, el señor muy prepotente y grosero, no se si sea el dueño pero no vuelvo jamás a ese estudio. Y si ya vimos que su único argumento es que ha atendido a mas de 10,000 clientes, pero le aseguro que de esos 10,000 el 99% queda insatisfecho y nunca volverán a su estudio. le doy una estrella porque no puedo poner cero.
 very bad customer treatment, the man very arrogant and rude, I don't know if he is the owner but I never go back to that studio. And if we have already seen that his only argument is that he has served more than 10,000 clients, but I assure you that of those 10,000, 99% remain unsatisfied and will never return to your study. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el señor atiende de muy mala gana, no te apoya para acomodarte y que salgas bien, en fotos importantes como diploma y en mi caso, me regresaron las fotos de la UNAM y no se quiere hacer responsable cuando el dijo que no había otra forma en que se imprimieran!
Terrible service, the man attends very reluctantly, he does not support you to accommodate you and that you come out well, in important photos such as a diploma and in my case, they returned the UNAM photos to me and he does not want to be held responsible when he said that there was no another way they were printed!

Piensa que es profesional pero es el típico abusivo sin conocimientos algunos en fotografía, es un amateur, nadie le pidió descuento, solo quieres abusar de los posibles clientes, deje de proyectarse ya que el que cobra por basura es usted debe estar tan necesitando que se imagina que todos están igual de precarios, no me gusta regalar mi dinero o comprar basura!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se le tomaron unas fotografías tamaño pasaporte a mi bebé, la entrega fue rápida en 5 minutos, el precio está dentro del promedio. La atención al cliente a mucha gente le puede parecer ruda o pesada, pero al final mientras el trabajo sea bueno y de calidad, lo demás pasa a segundo plano.
Passport size photographs were taken of my baby, the delivery was fast in 5 minutes, the price is within the average. Customer service may seem rude or cumbersome to many people, but in the end, as long as the work is good and of quality, the rest takes a backseat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está en el peor experiencia. No recomiendo que nadie va a este negocio. El dueño es un señor que solamente lo endereza a ganar su dinero. Horrible forma de ser. No me gustó las fotos que saco pero tal cual tenía que pagar.Fotos de pasaporte para mi bebé y él quería que pusiera mi bebé en una posición imposible si apenas nació. No iba a lastimar el cuello de mi bebé solamente porque él no quiso usar otra forma de sacar la foto. Quisiera darle cero estrellas!

It is in the worst experience. I do not recommend that anyone go to this business. The owner is a gentleman who only straightens him to earn his money. Horrible way to be. I didn't like the photos I take but as such I had to pay. Passport photos for my baby and he wanted me to put my baby in an impossible position if he was just born. I wasn't going to hurt my baby's neck just because he didn't want to use another way to take the picture. I would like to give it zero stars!
To all Looking for better service and results I recommend you to go to “Estudio Albarrán” they are located at Blvd Adolfo López Mateos 28 01 Colonia El Rosario
I promise you will not regret it you will love these Owners 100%

El trabajo no tiene garantía , su material es de mala calidad, y el tipo no tiene actitud de servicio. Por favor no vayan, hay lugares mejores. Si se pudiera ni una estrella le daba .
