★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un bonito lugar para organizar uno algún evento o fiesta que deseen llevar a cabo. El lugar cuenta con una zona de juegos para niños además de un jardín superior en el cual uno puede retirarse a platicar mientras los demás comen y escuchan música en el tejado principal. Al encontrarse cerca de la ojo de agua su alrededor siempre muestra una verde vegetación añadido a que mantienen todos sus jardines y pasto bastante cuidado. El salón cuenta con su propio estacionamiento, cocina y baños (estado aceptable), además de que el tejado cuenta con cortinas las cuales puede uno bajar cuando empieza a llover y quiere evitar que la corriente de aire y la lluvia incomoden a los invitados del lugar. El lugar también cuenta con sus propias mesas y sillas las cuales son proporcionadas al rentar el lugar. El sitio cuenta con los servicios básicos de agua y electricidad, con enchufes eléctricos en los postes del tejado principal. Considerando todos sus servicios y el estado de las instalaciones, su precio puede ser considerado como justo, a comparación de otros lugares usados para fiestas los cuales son muy caros y calidad de instalaciones muy por debajo a las de este.
